All Door to Deal Academy purchases are final.

Because the academy provides immediate access to digital training content, payments are non-refundable once access is granted.

If you experience a technical issue accessing content you paid for, please contact support and we will work to restore the correct access as quickly as possible.

Access is personal and connected to one Google account. Unusual account-sharing activity may result in access restriction.

Exceptions may apply only where required by law or at the sole discretion of Door to Deal Academy.
